Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Members & Life Members,
 

In accordance with Rule 13(a) of the Constitution, the Annual General Meeting of the Belgrave South Red Devils Basketball Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at the Belgrave South Primary School Hall in Belgrave South.  The meeting will commence at 7:30PM with sign-in commencing from 7:15PM.

Not up for election – Entering Year 2 of their Term
•    President (2 Year Term) – Incumbent – Daniel Battye
•    Secretary (2 Year Term) – Incumbent – Kelly Wilson

Executive Members
•    Vice President (2 Year Term)
•    Treasurer (2 Year Term)
•    Registrar (1 Year Term)

Committee Members
•    Director of Coaching (1 Year Term)
•    Team Selections Chairperson (1 Year Term)
•    Five (5) Committee Members (1 Year Term)
 

Nominations for all positions can be made for any Member by a nominator and seconded, with the approval of the nominee, in writing and on the approved Club form.
 

Nominations should be received by the Secretary 14 days before the AGM and can be done so by emailing this form to secretary@bsrd.com.au in accordance with Rule 11c.  Nominations for positions will close on Wednesday 5 November 2025 at 7:30PM.  Nominations for positions for which no written nomination has been received, shall be the only ones called for from the floor at the AGM.
